Sony Adds Tales of Kenzera: ZAU to PlayStation Plus on Launch Day
Sony recently announced a thrilling addition to the PlayStation Plus catalog. “Tales of Kenzera: ZAU,” a new game from Surgent Studios and published by Electronic Arts under the EA Originals banner, will be available for PlayStation Plus subscribers on the very day it launches.
This special arrangement applies to those with Extra and Premium memberships. The game’s release is eagerly awaited on April 23, marking its debut on platforms including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
The game is not just any release; it’s a deeply personal venture led by Abubakar Salim, who lent his voice to memorable characters like Bayek in Assassin’s Creed Origins and Rokhan in World of Warcraft. “Tales of Kenzera” offers a unique exploration of African Bantu culture, intertwined with a narrative about dealing with loss, inspired by Salim’s own experience of grieving his father’s death.
The announcement of “Tales of Kenzera: ZAU” joining PlayStation Plus is part of a series of exciting updates from Sony. Just hours before this news, Sony also shared that “Dave the Diver,” a standout title from 2023, will make its way to the service on April 16, aligning with its launch on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
