Street Fighter Comes to Life in this Hilarious Video
Street Fighter already contains some of the wackiest fighters this side of Mortal Kombat, but what would the series look like in real life?
Have you ever wondered what your favorite video game would be like in real life? Say, Street Fighter II, for instance. While we’ve seen plenty of video games adapted into movies or TV series, few have had the absurd wherewithal to just imagine what a normal day might look like if it were suddenly crashed by video game logic.
You know who has, though: YouTube user RackaRacka. The account behind plenty of ridiculous videos that explore the humor and insanity of reality tinged with the total madness of fiction, they’ve come up with a ton of hilarious clashes between anime, games, and our own messy world.
One of their best videos was made in 2016 and sees a drunken hangout turning into an increasingly fantastical and maniacal take on the classic fighting game Street Fighter II. As the denizens of the trailer park begin giving in to their base impulses, they suddenly become superhuman and begin showing off their wild fighting abilities in an all-out brawl.
Ken, Ryu, M. Bison, Chun-Li, Balrog, Vega, and Dhalsim all make appearances in this jam-packed three-and-a-half-minute video, and by the time you’re done watching you’ll find that your funny bone has been well and suitably pummeled.
