Hi, what are you looking for?

You Can Now Mod Resident Evil 3 To Dress Nemesis Like Jill Valentine

Whilst this is definitely up there, it’s still probably not the weirdest topic that I have covered here on the blog. That probably says a lot about what I choose to write on, but I digress. I have mentioned the work of Marcos RC before due to how fantastic his mods are but he has truly outdone himself with this one.

She’s beauty. She’s grace. She will rip off your entire face.

Resident Evil 3 is a game that gave me nightmares as a child so I was reluctant to play it when it got the remake treatment. However, the mod that Marcos RC has created has made me think twice about that. The mod features Nemesis- the terrifying monstrous creature that stalks the player throughout the game- wearing the same outfit as playable protagonist Jill Valentine. Jill got an outfit change in the remake, switching to a more practical and far more comfortable jeans and vest combo rather than the boob tube, mini skirt and boots that she wore back in the PlayStation 1 era. However, that outfit is still available in-game as a bonus and –thankfully- it is also the outfit that Nemesis has chosen to wear. He definitely suits the skirt and boots look. The boob tube is a little unflattering but we can work with it.  It’s always a little awkward when you show up to an event wearing the same or a similar outfit but I think we can all agree that in this situation Nemesis is working it and working it hard. If anyone is going home to change, it’s going to have to be Jill.

Being the legend that he is, Marcos RC has made the mod available to download for free, which I will link to here. Make sure to check out his YouTube, Twitter and Patreon too for more of his awesome modding. I think I speak for all of us when I say, thank you Marcos RC. This is the kind of content that the world needs right now. Check out the YouTube video below to see the mod in action too.
