This week, we continue our Donkey Kong retrospective with the sequel to Rare’s spectacular hit Donkey Kong Country and let you know if we think Diddy’s Kong Quest exceeds the standard set by its predecessor. Later in the episode, we set aside some time to discuss Charlie Brooker’s Twilight Zone-esque third season of Black Mirror, specifically the videogame-themed episode, “Playtest”. Also on the agenda is dreams, nightmares, drugs, indie games, spirituality, The Matrix, monkeys, the dangers of virtual reality and so much more.
