NXpress Nintendo Podcast 136: Our Crazy E3 Trip and the Nintendo Direct
Ricky D, Tim Maison, Patrick Murphy, and Ryan Kapioski are all back from their E3 2018 trip and yes, they have lots of stories to share! This may not have been the most exciting E3 for Nintendo fans (or really anyone at all), but whenever the mass of an entire industry descends upon one city, something interesting is bound to come of it. In this special episode, the guys muse on finally being able to meet face-to-face for the first time, give their general impressions of the video game convention, lament the downtown part of Los Angeles, and offer up their pros and cons of the Nintendo Direct.
As a special treat, Ricky shares his unfortunate bad luck of staying at a haunted hotel (you knew something would happen to him), and the gang talks about their invite to Nintendo’s V.I.P. booth. There’s plenty of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Pokemon Let’s Go, Capcom, Sony, Microsoft, YouTubers and the future of E3. Have a listen!
