CoroCoro Reveals the Identities on the ‘Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon’ Covers

CoroCoro has revealed the strange pokémon on the covers of the greatly anticipated Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. Necrozma will be getting two alternative forms, both by absorbing either Solgaleo or Lunala.

The pokémon featured on the Pokémon Ultra Sun case is Necrozma: Mane of Dusk, a Necrozma that has absorbed Solgaleo. It can use Solgaleo’s signature move, Sunsteel Strike. As for Pokémon Ultra Moon, the featured pokémon is Necrozma: Wings of Dawn, a Necrozma that has absorbed Lunala. It can use Lunala’s signature move, Moongeist Beam.

The names of these new pokémon are directly translated from Japanese as their English names have yet to be revealed.

CoroCoro also revealed an exclusive Z-Move for Lycanroc called Radial Edge Storm. It can be used if Lycanroc knows Stone Edge and has the exclusive Z-Crystal.

Additionally, The special Rockruff that can evolve into Dusk-Form Lycanroc will have the ability Own Tempo. Rockruff will evolve into Dusk Form Lycanroc between 5pmand 5.59pm, starting at level 25.
