Super Mario World Review

There are about eight Mario adventures that could easily be listed within the lexicon of the greatest games ever made, and Super Mario World, released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, sits somewhere near the top of that list.

Super Mario World helped define the 16-bit era, transforming the classic Mario formula into something bigger, faster, brighter, and some would say, better. In episode 15 of the NXpress Podcast (recorded way back in 2015), we reviewed the SNES classic and debated where exactly it belongs on the list of best Mario games.
